An early Victorian mahogany Pembroke table. The rectangular moulded top has two side flaps which are supported by hinged wooden bearers. Below is a single drawer, lined with mahogany, which is cock-beaded and fitted with turned knob handles. It has a brass escutcheon with a working lock and key. There is a matching dummy drawer at the other end of the table. It is raised on ring turned legs terminating in brass cup castors.
