A William IV mahogany long case clock. The hood has a swan neck pediment with a central brass finial. Below, the cross banded door is flanked by two turned columns with brass capitals. The eight day moonphase movement strikes the hour on a bell. The Dial is Signed by Joshua Bates of Huddersfield. The trunk door and circular boot panel are veneered in an flame mahogany. Either side of the door are barley twist columns with carved acanthus and palm leaves to the tops and bottoms. It stands on turned bun feet.
