A Victorian rosewood serpentine shaped stool, of large proportion The upholstered top lifts off to reveal a shallow well with a marbled paper The stool has a shaped and carved frame which is supported by four cabriole legs These are carved at the knee with C scroll and acanthus The legs terminate in scroll feet with inset castors.
