A Victorian rosewood folding card table, the veneered top with moulded crossbanding, swivels and opens to reveal a small hidden storage recess for cards and a later plum coloured baized playing surface. Below the top is carved floral decoration to the frieze. It is all raised on a turned and reeded pedestal column standing on four swept legs with carved knees and lions paw feet, terminating in the original castors.
