A Victorian inlaid walnut pier cabinet with tulipwood cross banding. The single glazed door with brass escutcheon and working lock and key. The top has a moulded edge. Below this are marquetry panels on the frieze and around the door. On either side of the door are ormolu mounts. The cabinet is lined in a scarlet velvet and has one internal shelf. It stands on a plinth base.
